As of the launch of Warlords of Draenor, there will no longer be Alliance and Horde Auction Houses.  Read on for more info!

A major contributor to the change comes from the simple fact of realm population.  On some servers, the number of Alliance players and Horde players are greatly unbalanced.  This leads to an unstable server economy.  You may have seen some of the ridiculous prices on the Auction House today.  Blizzard hopes this change will bring the economy into balance and even out the prices on the AH.

While there are three “neutral” Auction Houses, they are in far-off places like Winterspring.  This means there aren’t many items for sale in those Auction Houses.
