Hey folks, I know we already have a thread open but given the impact we’re seeing, I thought it prudent to start a new one and sticky it so that we have an easy to locate focal point where updates can be provided.
As it stands there are a lot of folks who are unable to connect. They most often receive the error “Character Not Found” but may also see World Server Down or Instance Aborted. Our Devs and Realm Techs are looking into these issues; this matter has our full attention and we are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
We will provide what updates we can as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience while we work on the issue!
