How to gain Reputation

There are some easy ways to gain Reputation with each faction.

Visit the Darkmoon Faire

Along with offering experience boosts if you’re under level 110, the Faire also offers Reputation boosts!  Ride the Darkmoon Carousel to gain the WHEE! buff or purchase a Darkmoon Top Hat for an on-use buff!  Those buffs don’t stack, but each will boost your experience and reputation gains by 10% for an hour.

Hint: Save any Reputation Insignias you’ve earned through Class Hall mission and use them while you have the WHEE! or Darkmoon Top Hat buff for a little extra reputation!

Complete the Story Questlines

You’ll earn reputation by completing the story questlines for each of the factions in the Broken Isles:

  • For the Highmountain Tribe, you’ll spend time in Highmountain learning about the tribes and eventually reuniting them as one unified force.
  • For the Nightfallen, you’ll explore Suramar and learn about the Nightwell.  Completing the story will also award the Arcanist’s Manasaber mount.
  • For the Lightforged Draenei and Void Elves, you’ll be challenged on Argus and putting and end to the Legion’s crusade.

Explore the World

World Quests are available in each of the regions of the Broken Isles.  Emissary Quests can also award Reputation Tokens to add a bit extra to your Rep with each faction.  If you’re working on the Argussian Reach reputation, focus your efforts in Mac’Aree instead.

Hint: Keep an eye on the in-game calendar for World Quest Events.  These events grant an additional +50% reputation while the event is active.

Class Hall Mission Table

There are missions that grant Reputation Insignias.  Consider sending those missions out first as they will provide a huge boost to your reputation and bring you one step closer to unlocking the Allied Races.
